Job summary

Park National Bank is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented teller to serve customers at our Cincinnati, OH branch. You will handle everyday transactions, advise on basic banking products, and support team goals with accurate, timely service.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 0–2 years of cash handling or customer service experience. Full-time, on-site hours are Monday–Friday with some Saturdays, offering growth within a respected community bank.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 0-2 years prior cash handling, sales, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers promptly and professionally per Park Promises standards.
• Process transactions accurately and in line with bank procedures.
• Refer loan and deposit customers to subject matter experts as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and participate in training.
• Suggest products and services to meet customer needs.
• Protect bank assets by following security and regulatory policies.
• Communicate work-flow improvements and contribute to branch promotions.
• Adhere to compliance requirements and risk management practices.
• Deliver a high level of service within Serving More standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
