The Merrimack is seeking a full-time Bank Teller at our Bow, NH branch. You will provide courteous, accurate service while processing transactions and supporting customer needs. This role involves identifying customer needs, recommending banking solutions, and ensuring compliance with policies and security practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Cash handling and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and basic math skills.
• Professional, detail-oriented approach with a commitment to confidentiality and accuracy.
• Ability to work full-time, including rotating Saturdays, and float to other local branches as needed to support business demands.

Responsabilités

• Provide courteous service to customers in person, by phone, and by email.
• Process teller transactions accurately while maintaining confidentiality and balancing standards.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate bank products and services.
• Follow bank policies, procedures, security practices, and applicable regulations.
• Stay alert to potential fraud and support a clean, organized teller area.
• Complete required training and perform other duties as requested.
