Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1-year related experience in customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Daily reliable transportation; ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Willingness to travel for internal trainings/meetings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior customer service with a friendly demeanor and problem resolution.
• Develop and retain customer base; greet by name and be responsive to correspondence.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Process deposits and complex teller transactions accurately.
• Research and resolve customer issues using available resources and follow up.
• Initiate conversations to uncover customer needs and refer to platform partners; meet referral goals.
• Make sales calls to clients/prospects via phone/Zoom to meet branch goals and log activities in Salesforce.
• Meet or exceed sales referral goals and maintain knowledge of products and services.
• Maintain balancing and error records and assist with outages and security.
• Complete required training for bank policies and procedures.
• Meet scheduled working hours and dress code requirements.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
