Job summary

Bangor Savings Bank is seeking a customer-focused teller to deliver a full range of banking services and build lasting relationships with clients in Kentucky. You will handle routine and some complex teller transactions, promote products and services, and support branch operations with accuracy and integrity.

As a teller, you will be the primary in-branch contact for deposits, loan inquiries, and service issues, ensuring a positive customer experience and adherence to bank policies and security

Qualifications

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
Two years of experience in retail banking, lending, sales, customer service and/or cash handling.
Demonstrated basic lending proficiency.
Demonstrated personal computer literacy.

Responsibilities

Open consumer and Maine Street business deposit relationships and process basic consumer loan requests in line with bank policies.
Provide information on products, services, rates, fees and other relevant details, and refer to specialists as needed.
Accurately and courteously process transactions, maintain cash and records, and resolve routine service issues or escalate as necessary.
Understand and comply with operational, risk management, and security policies; support regulatory compliance and audit tasks.
