Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of related customer service experience.

• Willingness to travel between branches as needed.
• Daily reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior customer service with a friendly demeanor and can-do attitude.
• Develop and retain customers, greet by name, and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Process checks and cash deposits, verify amounts, and endorse negotiability.
• Research and resolve customer issues using available resources and provide follow-up.
• Initiate conversations to uncover customer needs and refer to platform partners within the branch.
• Make sales calls to clients and prospects to meet referral goals and record activities in Salesforce.
