Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Less than 1 year previous customer service experience
• Less than 1 year previous cash handling experience
• Must take/pass entry level teller assessment test within the first 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Receive checking and savings deposits and verify cash and endorsements.
• Examine checks deposited and determine funds availability based on regulations and hold notices.
• Process withdrawals and identify counterfeit currency.
• Answer basic customer inquiries regarding rates, charges and histories while protecting privacy.
• Cross-sell bank products and refer customers to the proper department.
