Job summary

Northwest-Bank is seeking a Teller to join our retail team in Gas City, IN. You will engage customers, process transactions, and identify financial needs for referrals. You will balance drawers, participate in daily huddles, and uphold our customer-first standards.

You’ll deliver friendly service in person, over the phone, and via email, while building knowledge of bank products and digital services. Evening/weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred
• Ability to handle cash accurately and securely
• Knowledge of bank products and services helpful
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with transactions, questions and issues
• Balance teller drawer daily and participate in office meetings
• Inform customers of product/service features and benefits
• Refer customers to appropriate colleagues for complex requests
• Follow security, risk and operational procedures
• Support branch opening/closing tasks as needed
