Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Balance teller drawer daily and participate in office tasks and dual control processes.
• Assist customers with questions, problem resolution, and other needs.
• Identify referral opportunities and contribute to sales goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Follow compliance and security procedures and protect the bank from risk.
