AppleOne Employment Services seeks an experienced Bank Teller for a direct hire position in the Menlo Park and Redwood City, CA area. You will support branch leadership with daily transactions, compliance, account support, and client relationship building while delivering accurate, courteous service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of banking, teller, or branch operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of teller transactions and cash handling.
• Experience opening/maintaining deposit accounts (consumer & business).
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Detail-oriented and team-focused.

Responsabilités

• Process teller transactions accurately with strong balancing.
• Approve large transactions within limits; provide supervisor overrides.
• Process Daily Large Transaction report and compliance docs.
• Open and support consumer and business accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs).
• Identify customer needs and refer to internal partners as needed.
• Support Branch Manager and assist with complex client issues.
