Qualifications

• Open consumer and business accounts with proper documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Process teller and new account transactions accurately with strong balancing.
• Cross-sell banking products based on client needs and branch goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and build client relationships in a professional branch setting.
• 3–5 years of banking, teller, customer service, or new accounts experience preferred.
• Experience with new account opening procedures, documentation review, and client profiling.
• Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and information security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Open, maintain, and close consumer and business accounts and related deposits.
• Interview clients, profile needs, and recommend appropriate products.
• Process transactions and documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide courteous service in person and by phone while resolving inquiries.
• Support branch goals by identifying new business opportunities and referrals.
• Maintain compliance with bank policies and regulations.
