Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of banking teller experience.
• Experience opening consumer accounts.
• Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and information security practices.

Responsibilities

• Open, maintain, and close consumer accounts, CDs, IRAs, and other accounts based on experience.
• Interview clients to understand financial needs and recommend products and services.
• Process teller transactions and new account documentation with accuracy and compliance.
• Cross-sell banking products and refer clients to internal partners or staff for additional services.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of account documentation, titling, procedures and regulations.
• Provide courteous, professional service in person and by phone while resolving inquiries.
