Job summary

First Interstate Bank in Caldwell, ID is seeking a Teller to manage daily lobby and drive-up transactions while delivering outstanding client service. You will process deposits, loan payments, and cash handling with accuracy and confidentiality, and identify referral opportunities to bankers for additional products.

You'll contribute to maintaining client relationships, work with team members to meet branch goals, and participate in training to stay current with bank policies and product

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior cash handling or teller experience preferred.
• Strong math, communication, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits and loan payments accurately in-person and at drive-up.
• Respond to client questions and refer clients to bankers for additional services.
• Maintain cash drawer and adherence to security procedures.
• Record transactions and referrals in client systems.
