First Interstate Bank in Missoula seeks a Teller to handle daily teller transactions in both lobby and drive-up, delivering outstanding client service and building relationships.

You will process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other banking transactions, know your products, and refer customers to the right banker. Training and volunteer activities are encouraged.

This role requires attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and flexibility with scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a cash handling role preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Process deposits, loan payments, checks, and currency transactions.
• Provide outstanding client service and build client relationships.
• Identify cross-sell and referral opportunities.
• Record activities and referrals using 360View.
• Maintain cash drawer and reconcile cash.
• Complete special requests and handle inquiries by phone or in person.
• Adhere to security procedures and confidentiality.
