Job summary

First Interstate Properties, Ltd. in The Dalles, OR is seeking a Teller to handle daily teller transactions in the lobby and drive-up. You will deliver outstanding client service and identify referral opportunities for additional products.

Responsibilities include processing deposits/loans, cashing checks, answering questions, recording activities, and maintaining confidentiality while following bank procedures.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in cash handling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits and loan payments, cash checks, and redeem savings bonds.
• Answer clients' questions in person and by phone.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer clients to bankers.
• Record activities and referrals in 360View.
• Maintain cash drawer and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Provide excellent client service and build client relationships.
