Qualifikationen

• 1+ years teller, cash-handling, or customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with BSA/CIP/OFAC regulations preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and balance cash drawers.

• Serve as main contact with customers, in-branch service.
• Receive deposits and payments; issue receipts and credits.
• Cash checks and process withdrawals per policy; escalate suspicious activity.
• Place stop-payments as directed by policy.
• Cross-sell bank products and services to customers.
• Follow security policies; report discrepancies promptly.
• Provide accurate account balances and information to customers.
• Balance cash drawer daily and assist with deposits.
