Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• One year banking experience and sales experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service, math and communication skills required.
• Cash handling experience; proficient with Teller Drawer equipment.
• Proficient computer skills including Windows, typing and ten-key.

Responsibilities

• Create a WOW experience by greeting clients warmly and directing them to the right personnel.
• Assist clients in person or by phone with questions or concerns and maintain confidentiality.
• Process deposits/withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions accurately.
• Support branch operations, balance cash drawer, and ensure compliance with policies.
