Job summary

First Horizon Bank is seeking a part-time Teller to provide quality customer service in a retail banking environment. You will handle cash, process transactions, and promote bank products. The position emphasizes building client relationships, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced branch setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 6 months cash handling or teller experience preferred.
• Excellent math, accuracy and cash-handling controls awareness.
• Ability to promote bank products with courteous service.

Responsibilities

• Handle a cash drawer and process deposits, withdrawals and transfers accurately.
• Process loan payments and miscellaneous transactions for customers.
• Balance tills, assist ATM operations and ensure compliance with policies.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and refer opportunities to the appropriate team.
