PlainsCapital Bank is seeking a Teller/Customer Service Representative to handle cashing checks, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments and account maintenance. You will assist customers with opening accounts and other banking duties under supervision.

Responsibilities include delivering excellent service, processing a wide range of transactions, answering inquiries, and maintaining accuracy with cash drawers and deposits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year retail customer service or banking experience required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong math, verbal and written communication skills; ability to multi-task.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software.

Responsabilités

• Provides excellent customer service including prompt acknowledgment and accurate processing of transactions.
• Processes a variety of transactions: cashing checks, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and change orders.
• Responds to inquiries about banking products and services in person, by phone, or by mail.
• Offers notary services.
• Performs branch opening/closing duties following security procedures.
