Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic banking software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and accurately process transactions.
• Handle a variety of banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
• Assist customers with account openings and basic banking needs.
• Maintain cash drawer balance and assist in vault as needed.
• Open new accounts and cross-sell banking products.
• Perform branch opening/closing duties per security procedures.
