Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Six months cash, sales, or customer service experience.
• Ability to perform basic calculations with a calculator.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient PC skills including Word and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by greeting customers, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a professional image.
• Handle a variety of transactions: cashing checks, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and change orders.
• Inform customers about bank products and services and refer to appropriate staff if needed.
