PlainsCapital Bank in Weatherford is seeking a Teller/Customer Service Representative to handle a range of financial transactions, assist customers with accounts, deposits, loans, and card services, and support opening new accounts as needed.

You will provide friendly, accurate service, balance cash drawers, process requests, answer questions about products, and maintain high standards of security and professionalism throughout the shift.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum one year retail customer service or banking experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations with a calculator.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong time management, organization and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient PC skills including Word and Excel and related systems.

Mansioni

• Provide excellent customer service and accurately process transactions.
• Process checks, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments and change orders.
• Assist customers with opening accounts and product inquiries.
• Perform notary service and branch opening/closing duties as needed.
• Balance cash drawer, process ATM deposits, and maintain security procedures.
• Open new accounts and cross-sell bank products.
• Maintain and update customer records and handle routine inquiries.
