Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail customer service or banking experience.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform basic math with a calculator and mental math.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly, professional image and accurate processing of customer transactions.
• Process a variety of transactions including cashing checks, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments and change orders.
• Answer routine inquiries about bank products and services in person, by phone or mail.
• Offer notary services and assist with opening new accounts and cross-selling products.
• Balance cash drawer daily and assist with vault and ATM if needed.
• Maintain and update customer records, process address changes and requests for e-statements.
