• Strong organization skills and good verbal/written communication
• Ability to multi-task and supervise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Supervises day-to-day team activities to ensure operational excellence and policy compliance
• Drive and demonstrate meeting operational, customer and sales objectives
• Manage store in absence of other managers; run teller side, platform, and customer escalations
• Lead, develop and coach the team on delivering effective customer service and sales conversations
• Engage customers with loan products and maintain active NMLS registration status
• Maintain knowledge of TD products, services, and campaigns to support customer needs
