• Small Business and Consumer lending experience preferred.
• Notary License (preferred) may be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Leads, coaches and motivates the Store team to deliver a legendary Employee and Customer Experience.
• Originates loan applications, handles Conditions of Lending and conducts loan closings.
• Manages the store and team to achieve store and individual performance metrics.
• Promotes risk-aware decision making and maintains a strong control environment.
• Builds relationships with customers and partners to grow TD Bank's presence in the community.
