You will guide the store through day-to-day operations, oversee risk management, and partner with specialists to meet customer needs.

The role requires 4+ years in leadership and financial services, strong communication, and a track record of developing store staff and fostering community engagement.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years related experience in retail, customer service or financial services.
• 4+ years of leadership and coaching experience.
• Small Business and Consumer lending experience.
• Knowledge of bank product lines and store operations.
• Strong financial analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Notary License preferred.
