Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience; 3+ years relevant experience in retail, customer service and/or financial services.
• Business development skills, including ability to conceptualize and implement strategies.
• 1+ years leadership and coaching experience required.
• Small Business and Consumer lending experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Bank product lines and store operations; strong risk awareness.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet store goals.
• Strong financial analysis, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work with internal/external customers.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate team members.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Notary License (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the store team to deliver legendary customer and employee experiences.
• Drive growth and profitability of the store through deposits, loans, fees and expenses.
• Refer customers to Specialists to meet needs and provide best advice.
• Originate loan applications and handle lending conditions and closings.
• Maintain risk controls and compliance with bank policies and procedures.
• Act as the highest escalation point for store issues and decisions.
• Manage workforce and scheduling to meet customer demand.
• Collaborate with Wealth and Business Banking to stay aligned with market trends.
• Own the store budget and performance metrics while developing talent.
• Contribute to community involvement and TD One TD initiatives.
