Job summary

The role partners with hiring managers and HR to forecast staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and drive onboarding success.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in recruiting within or for a financial institution, strong interviewing skills, and proficiency with ATS and sourcing platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, communications, organizational leadership, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or related experience.
• Experience in financial institutions preferred.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple positions/departments.
• Experience conducting candidate interviews with structured techniques.
• Experience using ATS, recruiting tech, and candidate sourcing platforms.
• Knowledge of employment laws, hiring practices, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.
• Develop strategies to attract qualified candidates via job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and community outreach.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications.
• Coordinate and facilitate the interview process among candidates, managers, and stakeholders.
• Train managers on interview standards, guidelines, and compliant hiring practices.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communication and follow-up.
• Represent Blue Sky Bank at career fairs, college events, and community outreach to strengthen the talent pipeline.
• Maintain ATS records and hiring documentation with confidentiality and compliance.
• Monitor recruiting metrics to identify process improvements and effectiveness.
• Support onboarding activities for newly hired employees.
