Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting/finance or related experience.

• Ability to analyze financial information and present recommended actions.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business by calling on existing and prospective customers to meet sales goals.
• Supervise, train, and coach branch staff; conduct annual/quarterly reviews.
• Manage branch budget to maximize profits and control expenses.
• Oversee loan portfolio; interview applicants, analyze financials, and approve loans within authority.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures and manage security protocols.
• Maintain community involvement and represent the bank in local affairs.
