JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Fund Servicing Analyst/Associate to manage trade capture, settlements, and lifecycle events for bank loan assets within Fund Services.

Collaborate with fund accounting, client services, and managers to ensure seamless operations and exceptional client service. The role emphasizes accurate lifecycle management, strong communication, and proactive issue resolution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with at least 2 years' relevant bank debt operations experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with team members and partners.
• Strong attention to detail, time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Understand all aspects of Syndicated/Private loan or deal administration functions (including funding).
• Manage bank loan lifecycle events: paydown, drawdown, interest rate resets, PIK calculations, and trade settlements.
• Oversee reconciliations (Position/Stock and Cash) and ensure accurate records.
• Build client relationships with Investment Managers and third parties; provide first-level account service.
• Create, maintain and update procedures for client deliverables.
• Review daily controls and communicate updates to the team; ensure compliance with policies.
• Assist in testing and implementation of system enhancements as required.
