Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interface with/train branch employees to develop a referral pipeline and meet referral goals.
• Meet with referred customers in bank settings or at customer's home/office.
• Collect and analyze customer data to determine appropriate financial products.
• Provide guidance on advantages and disadvantages of financial products.
• Close volume from referrals to attain gross revenue production.
• Market, service, and promote the Bank’s financial products to obtain new business.
• Identify and refer specific qualified clients to Wealth Management Group.
• Identify potential Brokerage customers to initiate additional sales and refer customers with banking needs.
• Maintain licensing capability and ongoing self-education.
• Prepare reports and present as appropriate.
