Job summary

United Bank is seeking a Financial Advisor to provide comprehensive investment and insurance solutions in a defined territory. You will collaborate with the retail branch system, drive incremental sales, and deliver ongoing financial solutions to new and existing clients.

You will develop a referral pipeline through training branch staff, meet clients in banks or at their homes, analyze data, and guide product choices while aiming to exceed revenue goals and expand relationships with Wealth

Qualifications

Series 7, Series 66, Life and Health licenses required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Prior Sales experience in a bank environment is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to travel daily to generate business within territory.
College degree and advanced designations preferred.

Responsibilities

Interface with/train branch employees to develop a referral pipeline.
Meet with referred customers in bank settings or at homes/offices.
Collect and analyze customer data to determine best financial products.
Provide guidance on advantages and disadvantages of different products.
Close volume to attain gross revenue production expectations.
Market, service, and promote the Bank’s financial products to obtain new business.
Identify and refer clients to Wealth Management Group.
Account manage existing brokerage clients and refer banking needs to partners.
Pursue ongoing self-education to maintain licensing.
Prepare reports and present as appropriate.
