Job summary

Regent Bank in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Deposit Operations Specialist to join the Deposit Operations Team. The specialist will support processing across all bank transaction channels and serve as a resource for deposit operations while ensuring accuracy and compliance in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities include processing overdrafts, wires, ACH, and debit card disputes, and assisting with foreign transactions and cash letters.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of banking processes, procedures, and workflow.
• In-depth knowledge of NACHA and Greenbook rules and guidelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure of deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process overdrafts and NSFs.
• Receive and originate/verifiy incoming and outgoing wire transfer requests.
• Process debit card disputes within regulatory deadlines.
• Assist with foreign transactions, in-clearing, and cash letters.
• Perform daily general ledger transactions and reconciliations.
• Support Client Services in deposit operations, including research and adjustments.
• Monitor and process daily ACH files.
• Log and process Notices of Reclamations timely.
• Monitor risk exposures and assist with ACH activity and audit reports.
