Qualifications

• 1+ year in banking operations focusing on deposit services and related back-office functions.

Responsibilities

• Process exception items including returns, chargebacks, adjustments, NSF decisions, and unposted items.
• Administer back-office deposit processes: ACH, debit card, remote deposit capture, positive pay, and online banking support.
• Post domestic and international wire transfers, ensuring timely and accurate funds movement.
• Handle dispute processing for debit card, ACH, and checks in compliance with Reg E, NACHA rules, and UCC.
• Monitor deposit activity for potential fraud or unusual activity and escalate when needed.
• Reconcile GL accounts and internal bank deposit accounts to resolve discrepancies.
