• Balance and maintain a cash drawer daily with accuracy and security.
• Respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and via email; support basic Internet banking and card services.
• Open and close deposit accounts and complete required documentation.
• Promote and cross-sell bank services while meeting training requirements.
• Support branch operations including opening/closing procedures and coverage as needed.
• Continue learning about products and services to provide informed assistance.
