Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process transactions and customer service requests in the branch.
• Identify and refer sales opportunities to the appropriate bank partner.
• Foster collaborative partnerships to deliver value for customers, prospects and colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations in all activities.
• Support branch sales efforts and customer education about bank capabilities.
