Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. seeks a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to accurately process transactions, deliver outstanding service, and identify referral opportunities while guiding customers to the appropriate banking solution.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of cash handling, sales, or customer service experience. The role offers an hourly wage of $17.00 to $20.50, overtime eligibility, PTO, disability and holidays, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide excellent customer service and accurate transaction processing.

Responsibilities

• Models the bank's mission, vision, and pledge.
• Accepts and accurately processes all financial service transactions.
• Balances cash drawer and follows cash handling procedures.
• Maintains confidentiality of employee and customer information.
• Answers calls and supports sales and service needs of the Banking Center.
• Develops knowledge of WesBanco products and services.
