The CSR role includes training, cross-selling products, and ensuring compliance with bank policies. The position covers multiple Copper Country offices with rotation Saturdays, and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Competenze

• High School Diploma is required.
• One year of customer service or cash-handling experience.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Provides excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner.
• Performs routine office and customer service duties; greets customers, accepts deposits, disburses funds, and other transactions as requested, ensuring accuracy and managing risk.
• Performs transactions in compliance with regulatory and bank policies and confidentiality of records and customer information.
• Performs account maintenance on existing deposit accounts and opens new accounts upon customer request.
• Maintains product knowledge to cross-sell bank products and refers customers to other departments as needed.
• Participates in projects and initiatives to improve overall company performance.
• Has authority to resolve complex customer issues.
• Follows Range Bank policies and procedures and maintains confidentiality and cyber security awareness.
