Job summary

Triumph Financial, Inc. and its subsidiary TBK Bank are seeking a Client Services Associate who will handle prompt, accurate financial transactions and help build strong customer relationships. You will profile customers and explain bank products while ensuring compliance and security.

You will open new accounts, assist with stop payments and card orders, and support branch goals while safeguarding customer information and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years old minimum.
• 6–12 months bank teller experience preferred.
• Customer service, sales or cross-selling experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Profile new and existing customers, suggesting tailored products/services.
• Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding expectations.
• Open new accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely documentation.
• Assist with Stop Payments, Debit Card Orders, and more.
• Take initiative to resolve customer issues and provide prompt feedback.
• Help maintain customer goodwill and contribute to branch goals.
• Professionally refer customers to various bank departments.
• Safeguard customer info, adhere to regulations, and maintain security.
• Process transactions while maintaining accurate records.
• Contribute to local community and bank-sponsored events.
