Northwest Center is seeking a Banana Program Community Engagement Manager to lead a high-impact team across Seattle and Bellevue locations. You will partner with management and external partners to deliver an engaging employee experience through the Banana Program, while shaping growth opportunities and ensuring program excellence.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of people management in client-facing roles or operations of high-performing programs.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Proven track record of scaling programs across markets.
• Experience in community engagement and public-facing programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily banana stand operations across locations.
• Build partnerships with stakeholders, management, and community partners.
• Develop budgets, forecast finances, and report monthly results.
• Create program contracts and proposals for new opportunities.
• Define service levels and KPIs; monitor quality and outcomes.
• Design reports and dashboards to track activity and customer experience.
