Northwest Center is seeking a Banana Program Community Engagement Manager in the Seattle/Bellevue area to lead a high-impact team and deliver experiences employees value daily. You will build partnerships, drive program growth, and help shape the future of this mission-driven program that serves thousands of employees.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of people leadership, strong communication, and experience in community engagement, facilities, and supply chain.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of people management in client-facing roles or high-performing programs.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Proven track record of scaling programs across markets.
• Experience in community engagement and public-facing programs.
• Moderate computer skills in Microsoft Office; familiarity with wiki publishing.
• Experience in facilities, supply chain and inventory management.
• Ability to lead a remote team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across banana stand locations.
• Build partnerships with stakeholders, local management, and community partners.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reporting with leadership.
• Create reports and dashboards tracking activity and quality.
• Design and deliver program-related training for participants and stakeholders.
• Drive customer experience and expand program opportunities.
• Lead, coach, and develop team across multiple locations.
