Job summary

Meridian seeks a Manager, Operations - Engagement, Growth, & Partnerships to provide hands-on operational support for programs and revenue activities. The role focuses on Salesforce system maintenance, reporting, and staff training to enable effective partner engagement and cross-team collaboration.

You will coordinate onboarding, develop workflows, and support proposal development while working with Finance, Communications, and program teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field and 4+ years of operations or nonprofit administration experience.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM and ability to prepare reports.
• Experience coordinating program operations, budgets, and cross-functional projects helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Salesforce data entry, workflows, and staff adoption for program operations.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and trackers to monitor pipeline, engagement, and deliverables.
• Coordinate onboarding and deliver Salesforce training for staff.
• Support business development through templates, materials, and proposal assets.
• Manage MOUs, contracts, and partner documentation with cross-functional teams.
