Sitreps in Baltimore is seeking a President to unify and scale operations across all locations, driving the full P&L and growth strategy for the business. You will lead general managers and functional leaders, establishing one operating standard and a rigorous weekly cadence across sites.

The role requires a track record of owning results, building strong leadership teams, and executing at scale in a dynamic, field-based environment.

• Own full P&L across all locations, including revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, cash, and operating plans.
• Lead location GMs and functional heads across service, install, sales, finance, HR and marketing.
• Establish one operating cadence with weekly reviews and a unified scorecard across all sites.
• Oversee field economics: call booking, dispatch, technician productivity, and growth.
• Build talent engine: recruiting, retention, training, and competitive pay structure.
• Drive growth: market share, pricing, new services, and acquisitions integration.
• Provide platform and board reporting: forecasting, budgeting, and performance reviews.

Compensation: $250,000 to $300,000 base + bonus + long-term incentive

A market-leading residential plumbing and home-services brand in the Baltimore region, operating across multiple locations. The business is part of a national, private equity-backed home-services platform that brings shared services, proven playbooks, and capital to grow.

About the Role

We are hiring a President to run this business as one enterprise: every location, every leader, and the full P&L. It is one of the largest brands on the platform, and the seat calls for an executive who has run something big and made it better.

You will lead the general managers and functional leaders who run day-to-day operations, set one operating standard across every location, and own the plan for the next stage of growth.

Industry background is not required. Experience at scale is. We care about whether you have owned results, led leaders, and built teams of people who do hard, physical work.

Responsibilities

• Full P&L across all locations: revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, cash, and the annual operating plan.
• Leadership of leaders: location GMs and functional heads across service, install, sales, finance, HR, and marketing. You build the bench beneath you.
• Operating cadence: one scorecard, weekly operating reviews, and accountability that holds across every site.
• Field economics: call booking, dispatch efficiency, technician productivity, average ticket, close rate, callbacks, and membership growth.
• Talent engine: technician recruiting, retention, training, and pay structure in a competitive Mid-Atlantic labor market.
• Growth: market share, pricing, new service lines, and integrating add-on acquisitions in the region.
• Platform and board reporting: forecasting, budgeting, and performance reviews with platform leadership.

Requirements

Must-Haves

• A track record running a multi-site operation or business unit at meaningful scale, with P&L accountability, in any industry.
• Experience leading leaders: you have hired, developed, and when needed replaced managers who run their own teams.
• Enterprise-level financial fluency. You read the P&L, find the leak, and close it.
• Leadership presence that works on a job site with technicians and in a board room with investors.
• A bias to action and an ownership mentality over reporting activity.
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Baltimore area.

Nice-to-Haves

• Leadership in home services, field services, multi-unit retail or restaurants, distribution, logistics, or construction services.
• Experience in a private equity-backed company, including integrating acquisitions.
• Prior military leadership followed by civilian operating experience.

$250,000 to $300,000 base salary, plus an annual bonus and a long-term incentive.
