Chess Wizards, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic, reliable instructors to join our after-school enrichment program in Baltimore, MD.

Lead fun, interactive chess classes for elementary students using a structured curriculum and foster a positive classroom environment. Ideal candidates have experience with groups of children, strong punctuality, safe supervision, and the ability to travel between local school sites for sessions scheduled weekday afternoons (2:00–5:00 PM).

Qualifications

• Experience working with groups of children in educational or recreational settings.
• Ability to run a class independently with engaging, interactive activities.
• Professional, positive, kid-friendly demeanor and strong safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, interactive chess classes for 10–15 elementary students.
• Use structured curriculum to teach chess fundamentals and sportsmanship.
• Manage classroom with confidence and positivity; travel to local schools for sessions.
