Qualifications

• Experience playing or teaching Chess or STEM subjects preferred but not required.
• Comfortable working with children in grades K–5.
• Reliable transportation to schools throughout the Baltimore area.
• Must successfully complete the required school district background check and fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Teach elementary students either Chess or STEM activities.
• Follow BBA's structured curriculum and lesson plans.
• Create a fun, safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
• Supervise groups of approximately 15 to 25 students.
• Encourage critical thinking, creativity, problem solving, and teamwork.
• Communicate professionally with school staff and BBA leadership.
