Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering.
• 3-10 years of previous experience in a sales, business development, or marketing role.
• Experience in the architectural, engineering, and construction industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Baltimore, MD area business development efforts, leveraging existing client base and researching new opportunities.
• Engage clients in person and remotely; collaborate with internal teams to meet local goals.
• Draft responses to RFPs, author proposals, and support marketing campaigns.
