Responsibilities

• Oversee store operation manuals and training for the store team.
• Ensure proper execution of retail operation policies and procedures.
• Organize sellable products to support sales and minimize client wait times.
• Manage purchase orders, stock adjustments, and brand representation while controlling costs.
• Coordinate omnichannel activities (ship from store, click and reserve, etc.) and improve service levels.
• Leverage company tools (Smart XP, MY-V XP, PRISM, SAP, Training App, After Sales App, MS Office) to streamline activities.
