Qualifications

• 2+ years baking experience.
• 1+ year instructional experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professional baking techniques to clearly guide participants of all skill levels through hands-on learning.
• Foster an engaging, collaborative classroom environment that encourages student curiosity and active participation.
• Troubleshoot common baking challenges in real-time, providing clear, constructive guidance to ensure positive results for every guest.
• Break down complex baking processes into approachable, easy-to-follow steps to empower participants with new skills.
• Master and maintain proficiency in existing recipes and methodologies to ensure consistent, high-quality instruction across all classes and events.
• Maintain accountability for workspace readiness, driving all aspects of setup, teardown, and ingredient preparation.
• Participate in the development of class & event plans in collaboration with manager and Research & Development Lead.
• Execute tasks efficiently & in accordance with the company’s quality standards.
• Provide professional & energetic instruction & customer service to a diverse audience.
• Ensure a clean, organized and functional workspace, including clean-up and dishwashing following events.
• Communicate consistently & effectively with management & co-workers.
