Qualifications

• 1+ year customer service experience.
• Evening & weekend availability.
• Experience working with kids preferred.
• Familiarity with commercial kitchen preferred.
• Physically able to stand long periods of time & lift 50 lbs
• Time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Assist instructors & party hosts in the successful execution of private events & classes
• Serve as staff on-site during collaborative events, including but not limited to managing building access & ensuring a clean & welcoming space
• Maintain a clean, organized and functional workspace, including clean-up and dishwashing following events.
• Execute tasks efficiently & in accordance with the company’s quality standards
• Provide excellent, energetic customer service to a diverse audience
• Communicate consistently & effectively with management, co-workers, and external instructors
