Job summary

BakeMark seeks a motivated Sales Representative to grow existing accounts and develop new business within the baking industry. This role is responsible for executing company sales strategies, increasing market share, and delivering exceptional customer service.

The position requires travel across the Rhode Island, Connecticut, and Massachusetts territories, with 90-100% travel. A base salary starts at $60k/year with a commission plan after 6 months and additional holiday/PTO benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or route sales experience preferred.
• Baking industry experience is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Execute company sales initiatives to grow BakeMark USA's market share in the baking industry.
• Identify, develop, and secure orders to fulfill customers' supply needs.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts while pursuing new business opportunities.
• Travel within an assigned local territory (90-100% travel; occasional overnight travel).
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Use company systems to manage accounts, track sales activity, and support reporting requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support company objectives.
