Job summary

FGF Brands in Lebanon, TN is hiring a Frozen Warehouse Team Member to control the receipt, storage, and out-loading of finished goods. You will prioritize food safety and teamwork in daily operations.

Responsibilities include preparing and shipping orders, receiving stock, conducting inventory, reporting discrepancies, and maintaining a clean, safe environment while operating warehouse equipment and collaborating with coworkers to meet schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year warehouse experience; stand-up forklift experience required.
• HS diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and understand English instructions, warnings, labels, postings.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work in a cold environment.
• Understand and perform lot and computer control.
• Must work as a team.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to multi-task and make strong decisions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and ship orders for pick up or delivery according to schedule and instructions.
• Receive and process warehouse stock; pick, unload, label, and store.
• Perform inventory transactions and maintain quality for audits.
• Report discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and optimize space.
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
• Communicate and cooperate with coworkers and supervisors.
• Follow procedures, rules and policies.
• Maintain a positive attitude and get along with coworkers.
• Exhibit teamwork and willingness to help others.
